Welcoming a new Lab member!

A very warm welcome to Sebastián Aguiar who joins us as a PostDoc specializing in environmental and land systems! Originally based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Sebastián brings a wealth of knowledge on the drivers and impacts of land-use change, particularly within the Argentine Chaco region. With a strong commitment to interdisciplinary research, Sebastián studies the socio-ecological challenges associated with land transformation and environmental governance. In addition to examining the Forest Law’s role in Argentina, Sebastián has delved into supply-chain initiatives aimed at reducing deforestation. We’re thrilled to have you on board!
