COVID-19 Onsite Safety Policy
We continuously monitor local and international guidelines and regulations relating to COVID-19. We will notify conference participants about changes.
- We wear FFP2 or KN95 masks indoors. While consuming food and beverages or while presenting, we take them off. If you aren't able to wear a mask due to medical reasons, please provide a certificate signed by your doctor.
- We require at least one out of the following documents:
- Current proof of vaccination
- Current recovery certificate
- Current negative Antigen- or PCR-Test
All documents must follow the guidelines of the German Ministry of Health (provided here). Self tests will not be accepted.
- If you cannot provide proof of vaccination or recovery, a new test has to be provided every day of your attendance.
