Paid registration is mandatory for at least one author of each submission. Any submissions that do not have at least one corresponding early-bird registration will be removed from the conference programme and proceedings.

The registration includes the main conference, social events as well as the workshops. Please select your preferred workshop(s) during the registration process. ‍

Terms

• The registration of participation is binding.
• 80% of the attendance fee is refunded upon cancellation until 30 days before the start of ISIC. Refunds cannot be issued after this date.
• Attendance fees are due upon registration and must be paid within 7 days following its submission (no less than 7 days before the start of the event).
• Participation cannot be guaranteed until the full payment processed.
• The conference program is subject to change.
• Payments will be partly refunded if the conference is canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
